How it Works

What Happens in a Deep Memory Process Session

As we begin our work together, we'll focus on a recent complaint or issue, allowing the thoughts, images, feelings and physical sensations that arise to take us into an unconscious memory.

Revisiting an old trauma allows us to uncover the blocked energy that needs to be set free. For only when we know what happened can we release what's being held.

Stuck patterns are then transformed into deep, spontaneous releases of emotions, sounds, breath and physical movements. We then re-educate the body to integrate new awareness, feelings and physical sensations into conscious living.

Hypnosis is Not Necessary to Access Deep Memories

Many of us cannot relax into hypnosis because our fears and anxieties are so strong. Trance occurs naturally when we're anxious. So rather than soothe these intense feelings, we explore them together; we encourage them. We work with the energy of the issue, not against it. In this way, traumatic experiences from the past can surface within minutes.

Deep Memory Process is Short-Term Therapy

A specific issue can often be worked through in single a session.
