Welcome to my website. Here you'll find effective classes, workshops, trainings and
brief therapies (Hypnotherapy and more) designed to get to the heart of the issue. Often, just a single session is enough
to generate a major breakthrough.

Hypnotherapy helps to identify the root of destructive habits, painful feelings and self-sabotaging behaviors underlying depression, anxiety, fear, phobias, eating disorders, chronic pain and obsessive thoughts, resolving issues at their core. Instead of merely "suggesting away" problems, this hypnotherapy creates a pathway to insight and personal strength.
Regression Therapy helps to restore consciousness to those parts of us that have been affected by trauma. Regression therapy can release trauma in the body, emotions, mind and spirit in one comprehensive
process.
Family Constellation Work, developed by Bert Hellinger, offers a concrete solution for breaking unconscious family patterns. When a painful event occurs in one generation, someone in a later generation may attempt to carry its weight, taking on the suffering of a parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt or uncle. Illness, depression, anxiety, fears, addiction, obesity and failed relationships can all be forms of this unspoken family loyalty. Constellation Work can open the door to health, strength and wholeness.
Body-Centered Psychotherapy fosters a healthy body and a healthy mind, understanding that a whole person cannot be separated into parts.
Meditation can help us embrace the profound inner calm that comes with living in the moment. In this way, we can become more compassionate with ourselves and with others.
Conflict Resolution and Mediation is a process in which an impartial third-party assists two or more parties in resolving a dispute. The mediator helps to facilitate effective communication between the parties, assisting them in focusing on the real issues, and helping them to make decisions that meet the needs of everyone involved.
